Delivery & Pick up is available up to 50 miles roundtrip from my office and if your total rental purchase is $70 or more. Here are the flat rates for delivery & pick up:
0-10 miles = Free
11-20 miles = $30
21-30 miles = $45
31-40 miles = $60
41-50 miles = $75
You can determine round trip miles by inputing our address to your event location and multiply the distance (miles) x 2.

You also have the option to pick up and drop off for free.

Depending on the rental you choose, you may have the option to add custom wording and a different paint color for additional fees.

-Customized Wording/decals: Starting at $20 (removable vinyl sticker)
-Paint: Starting at $30 (price varies depending on what you need done

However, some rentals already include paint and decals in its rental price, so please read description carefully to know what's included and what's not included with the rental.

Once booking is approved and confirmed, an agreement form will be sent via email for you to fill out and sign. The security deposit will be required after signing to reserve your date.
Bookings exceeding $200, will require a security deposit equivalent to 30% of the total rental fee. For bookings totaling less than $200, a $50 security deposit will be required.

A separate invoice for the full payment of the rental item(s) will be sent after signing agreement form.

You may cancel the rental agreement at any time prior to the rental date, and receive a full refund of any payments made, but not including the security deposit.

The Festive Collection may cancel the rental agreement at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In the event of such cancellation, the Renter will receive a full refund of any payments made, including the security deposit.

Rentals are not calculated on a daily rate; instead, charges apply exclusively per event.

However, if the item(s) are rented for more than 4 days, an extra charge equivalent to the full rental cost of the items will be incurred.

I don't offer decorating services, I simply supply large items and other decor elements to kickstart your event theme.
